Moments to treasure
Compare the picture from a few days ago at http://pilipala365.wordpress.com/2013/02/11/snowdrops/
Thank you Sue. I have been watching this little clump for several days now. It catches the full sun but it it has also been very windy for getting a photo without movement.
lovely! I’ve seen some in bud but not yet blooming.
There are masses flowering on the roadside (sunnyside) near where I live but it has either been too dull, wet or windy to go out and photograph them. This little clump is a stray that has emerged near my garden gate. Our snowdrops seem to flower much later than others. Possibly because they are in a shaded bank. So late pictures of more snowdrops are possible.
I still haven’t seen snowdrops this year.
You are obviously frequenting the wrong places, it is nearly time for St David’s Day daffs 😉
